    We do not use Google Analytics, just the search console. Sometimes we get on various sites strange results, like this one…
    Any idea?

    Thank you for contacting the support and we regret the inconvenience caused.

    The Search Traffic metric is fetched from Google Analytics, so if you’re not using GA, that metric will remain 0.

    However, as the Search Traffic metric is included in the PRO version of Rank Math, could you share the email address you used to purchase the subscription of Rank Math so that we can update the records?

    Hi,
    Matt here… I am the business license owner (please check under m*********@g********)
    I have no idea, why the ticket was created using the the clients dashboard. Sorry about that.
    I guess, because I installed it recently.
    I will log out from here and submit it again using my own dashboard.

    Hello,

    Sure, please create a new ticket so we can check this further as the Search Traffic shouldn’t be in the Analytics dashboard if you haven’t connected the Google Analytics property.
