Search engine image & website snippet

    I updated my search engine image via rankmath some time ago.I also updated each page snippet to control what is seen when search via Google. When I search my company name in Google my website/web pages appear but there is an S photo for the image not the pic I uploaded in rank math. Also the website snippet heading lists the website twice & it runs together. I know my seo is updated correctly on Google console as it updated the snippet info I recently added. How can I make sure the pic I added shows up instead of the S pic showing? How can I remove the two websites showing in the snippet heading and leave only 1? Thank you

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Just checked your website and noticed that a different image is being displayed. See screenshot: https://i.rankmath.com/AbX2L0.

    Usually, the Rank Math plugin or any other SEO plugin does not have any control over how images in the SERP results are displayed or which one to be displayed. Google displays them as per their will depending on which suits the user’s intent most.

    You may try doing more image SEO on your preferred image to get your chances here like adding relevant ALT text to the featured image.

    Regarding the repetition of your website URL in the SEO title, I have noticed that this is an issue being caused by your theme.

    For reference:

    You may need to consult your theme developer on how to remove the extra Sitename on your meta title.

    Thanks! When I view my Google console account they have the correct image showing for my website but doing the Google search for some reason they have an S image I’m not even sure where they got that from. I can reach out to the theme developer to see if the Meta title can be fixed thank you
