Your internal page is more optimized for the keyword you are using.
For example, the title of the internal page contains the entire keyword but the homepage doesn’t. The LA part is missing from the title of the homepage while it is present on the internal page.
That could be one of many reasons your internal page is ranking higher than your homepage.
