    It looks like deauthorizing and authorizing your site has done the trick!
    The data is now fetching correctly, please allow sometime for this process to complete:

    This was already happening, but the data is not updated (they are zeroed).

    It appears as though the fetch is still in progress.

    I tried to de-authorize and re-authorize but I am getting this error now:
    reauthorize

    Can you please send us a new quote and in the meantime, check with your web host why the fetching was still in progress. There must have been an error that is logged in the error log and it will give us a clue to what went wrong.

    I am still getting the Bad request error received by Todd above, were you able to reach out to your host about this issue? If so, could you please share a copy of the server logs so that it can help in diagnosing the fetching issue?

    The site is on AWS, there are no errors. Which log specifically do you need? There are other crons running normally. I use Ubuntu 18.04.1 with Apache 7.3.

    I just noticed that the 404 monitor is also not bringing results, just showing 0.
