This could suggest that cron schedules are not running as expected on your site. Could you please install this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-crontrol/ and use it to check if this is the case?
You can also use it to stop and launch cron events including the one responsible for fetching the data from the search console.

(1) Installed/activated plugin. Under Tools->Cron Events I see a notice: the WP_CRON constant is set to true. WP-Cron spawning is disabled. In the log I see events but the dates are July 2017. Mostly Wordfence and WooCommerce. Did not see any reference to Rank Math.
(2)On another site, I recently installed Rank Math, too. Same problem: no data seen. But in the WP-Cron (Tools->Cron Events) I see Rank Math in events log but when I did “run now” still could not see any data.
What should I do next? Thanks!!
Day Two. In Search Console settings I selected Update Manually. A text saying: “fetching in progress” has been running for hours. I suspect that it is stuck or not working. This is a new site (30+ days old) and should have little data to cache.
Please advise as to how get Rank Math to get my data displayed and working with Google Search Console.

This error “WP_CRON constant is set to true. WP-Cron spawning is disabled.” is what is causing the problem. Please get in touch with your host about this so that they can help to enable this feature.

I have been working for the last two weeks to get Rank Math Search Console to display data from my Google Search Console. I have authorized and verified, fixed the WP_CRON constant/spawning problem and done a Manual Update several times. I finally was able to “see” the sitemaps but there is still no data displaying on the Dashboard. There seems to be an error and I have attached a jpeg showing the error: “a.getTime is not a function”. As you can see from the image, there are no graphs, etc.
Can you please help solve this problem – I would really like to use Rank Math Search Console as it is intended.
