Search Console missing data

    Good morning Rank Math support team, I’ve experience an empty data results at RankMath search console since the February 23rd which are the last data that console appears. I’ve check that it’s still connect with Google’s console and looks fine. Do you have any suggestions to this issue?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Please check with your web host and see WP Cron is running on your website. If not, please ask them to enable that to run one a day.

    For now, you can update the cache manually from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Search Console
    Search Console Cache

    Hello again Todd,

    I’ve just contact my web host for the WP Cron issue and it’s enable

    but they discover the following error:

    2019/03/24 16:28:32 [error] 28375#28375: *17348 FastCGI sent in stderr: “PHP message: PHP Fatal error:  Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_refresh_button() on null in /home/woouser/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/seo-by-rank-math/includes/modules/search-console/class-sitemaps.php:66

    Is it something you can do about it?

    Hello Vicky,

    I hope that the GSC issue is resolved now.

    About the other one, we are taking a look and if this is an issue – we will fix it ASAP.
