  • Hello,

Thanks for getting in touch with us.

From your screenshot, it looks like fetching is in progress.

If the data doesn’t show up even after fetching is done, please install a free plugin called Crontrol and see if your cron jobs are running correctly. If not, please get in touch with your web host to ensure cron jobs can be run on your web server.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Hello Uzair,

I have configured the app 30 days ago. Our server allows cron jobs. One of our products also runs every Thursdays to fetch some data from an external server. So the cron function is working. But I am not sure why the Search Console is not showing anything for the last 30 days (since the RankMath installed).

Please advice. Do I need to buy the plugin? Do I need to make payment for subscription? I am more than happy to spend on the plugin as it is very friendly and made the SEO work very much possible for me without any professional SEO experience.

    Thanks
    Dani Gorgon

    Hello,

Please head to Rank math search console settings, deauthorize your site, save this and clear your cache, then authorize your site again.

If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I have just logged in your site and it seems to be fetching the data right now:

You just need to wait until it ends (it could take a few hours) and everything should be running fine. If not, just let us know.

    Looking forward to help you.

    Hello Alberto,

It has been showing that “Fetching in Progress” since I noticed it a couple of days ago. I actually took a screenshot of it before I de-authorized it. I connected it again with fresh Google Console authorization code.

The screenshot I took before the de-authorization and screenshot you shared, both show same status. i.e; Cached days: 41, Data Rows: 45.4K, Size: 9 MB.

Here is the screenshot link from my Dropbox: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ix304d37fc7inp1/Screen%20Shot%202020-07-01%20at%205.24.34%20PM.png?dl=0

The status is still showing same figures. So it means the fetching may not be working.

    Please help.

    Thanks & Regards

    Hello,

Just to be sure, have you tried to deauthorize the account and authorize it again? It might force the plugin to renew all the data.

    Looking forward to help you.

    Hello Alberto,

I have pushed the latest update of beta. I have taken the screenshots of before update and after update. Here are the dropbox links of screenshots:

    Before update: https://www.dropbox.com/s/d68o9k4dm9mnhjc/Screen%20Shot%202020-07-02%20at%202.26.51%20PM.png?dl=0

    After update: https://www.dropbox.com/s/u0flh51ozraiof3/Screen%20Shot%202020-07-02%20at%204.08.03%20PM.png?dl=0

It is now showing the cache is empty. Do I need to manually push the Cron job? How to do manual pushing?

    Thanks
    Dani Gorgon

P.S. Is there anything that’s available as Premium plugins from RankMath team? If I miss something from buying, I can undo that mistake and purchase it right away.

    Hello,

You could try to run the cron job manually, for that you can use the plugin called WP Control.

After that, let us know if it works for you.

About buying something, don’t worry, everything available right now in the plugin is free and will remain free, you don’t need to purchase anything.

    Looking forward to help you.

    Hello Alberto,

I have checked with Kinsta (host) and they said no cron jobs are stopped at server level. They suggested to check with plugin developer.

So, I have come back to WP Admin and installed/activated the WP Control. Deactivated/delinked the Search Console. Reconnected it and authorized it again. Manually run the “rank_math/search_console/get_analytics” using WP Control.

But still there is no progress or indication of successful fetch of data.

    What could be wrong?

    Please help.

    Best regards
    Dani Gorgon

    Hello,

I talked with the devs and they told me they have been working on a fix and we have a solution.

Since we cannot replicate this issue ourselves, we request you to update to the below version of Rank Math by doing the following:

    1. Remove Rank Math from WP > Plugins. Don’t worry, all your settings are safe in your database and they will return once you upload the below version.

    2. Install this version of Rank Math on your website by uploading it from WP > Plugins > Add New.

    Here are the files: https://i.rankmath.com/GprWvy

    Here’s a small video tutorial:
    https://i.rankmath.com/T1DqJL

    3. Activate the Rank Math plugin after it is done uploading.

    4. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help
Connect to your Rank Math account.

    5. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Search Console

    Re-Authorize your Google Search Console.

Do let us know how it goes.

    Hi Alberto,

I was earlier using Version 1.0.45Beta.
I have deactivated it, installed the older version you shared with me, reset the configurations.

It is working fine now. I can see Google Search Console data.

Thanks a lot for the continuous involvement and great help. It’s real human support with empathy that makes the difference.

    Thanks & Best Regards
