My guess is that Google is fckd up! AMP is still only on an experimental stage and the very system IS bugged. I have seen sites wich Google deemed AMP errors and providing absolutely NO information about the error and researching the page/post only reveals that there is NO errors what so ever!
When I disabled AMP and redirected all my AMP pages to non AMP versions with a 301 redirect the site slowly over 6 months went from not being in Google at all to position 60-80 – and every single other search engine had it as number ONE almost from the beginning. And it seems it is still climbing slowly closer to page 1.
I tell you man – AMP stinks! And I’m pretty sure Rank Math is not to blame. We used Yoast until recently but switched to RM and didn’t see any difference in rankings. We were at position 75-80 at that time.
We have some of the finest seo experts working on this and they are very confident that the big bug is Google AMP. From Google search engine Settings/send feed back you can send Google a message if you find AMP to be in error. We did and hope more will follow to make Google take a look at AMP.

As Debra said, it seems it is an issue between Search Console and AMP but if you want we can verify your settings.
To do that, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

I checked some pages and all of them seem to be working fine, being AMP, so it could be a false issue in Google Search Console.
I was going to also check the structured data errors but in your screenshots, the images are too blurry. Could you share with us the affected URLs you see in the errors in the Google Search Console?
