    Hey,

    When I clicked ‘Search Console’, the Overview shows the following:
    The data sets are empty in your cache. You can wait for the next cronjob or Update Manually. Please navigate to SEO > Settings > Search Console.

    The date is the current date.

    What is the issue?

    Kindly help.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    This could suggest that cron schedules are not running as expected on your site. Could you please install this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-crontrol/ and use it to check if this is the case?
    You can also use it to stop and launch cron events including the one responsible for fetching the data from the search console.

    I already installed WP-Control plugin but still no works.

    In that case, to determine the issue we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

    Hello,

    I have checked the website and meanwhile all the settings seem fine, it keeps not fetching the data.

    I recommend you to try these solutions:

    > The first one is to reauthorize in the Rank Math Search Console settings your Search Console account, clean the database cache and authorize it again. Finally force the database to fetch the data. It might fix the issue.

    > If that still doesn’t work, you will need to contact the Bluehost support and ask them to check your corn jobs, since they might not be working fine in the server (since they are not running as they should or you would have data from Search Console).

    I reauthorized in the Rank Math Search Console settings in Search Console account, clean the database cache and authorized it again.

    How do I force the database to fetch the data?
    Is it Rank Math => General Settings => Search Console => Update Cache manually?

    If yes then I did it but still no display by Search Console.

    Btw, does the Google email I used must be the same email I used for my bluehost account?

    Cos I used Gmail to log in Google account to get the verification while my bluehost is Yahoo email. Will it affect?

    Are you using the same Gmail ID that is set as the admin of that domain in GSC?

    My Bluehost account is using j*********@y********.

    While Google is j*********@g********

    Is the reason GSC is not working?

    I am not able to use j*********@y******** for Google.

    I had contacted Bluehost regarding Search Console no data and got them to check the cron jobs.

    Here is the reply from Bluehost:
    Thanks for being on hold. I have checked the cron logs and they are working without any issues on the server. It doesn’t look like a cron issue. We can also fix permissions from server side

    You can upload images to https://imgur.com/ and add in the Sensitive Data section the URLs.

    About the Search Console, my colleague said, he was talking about the Google website (here: https://search.google.com/search-console/about). Do you have any data showing there?
