Scores not updating

    Hi,

    I have been using RankMath for a few months. For some of my posts it works perfectly, and yet for others it doesn’t recognize many of the recommendations. For example, I have the keyword in the first sentence and it doesn’t recognize it. My posts are complete and well over 1,000 words and it maintains the recommendation about content being 600 to 2500 words, so it doesn’t recognize my text is there. There are several others that just don’t seem to update.

    I have tried going out of the post and going back in. I have logged out of the side and then back in. I have cleared caches multiple times but the score stays the same and yet for some posts it works perfectly.

    Can you help me? Thanks!

    Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    Please let us know if you find the culprit.

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    Thank you so much for your help Michael, and for the speedy response. I will look into a plugin conflict. But that would explain why it only works sometimes? I would think that if there was a conflict it wouldn’t work at all, and in my case it works half the time.

    I am not sure, but at least, after checking it, we will be able to be 100% sure if it is a plugin conflict or not, so we can be closer to find the reason of the issue, so it is worth to try it.
