Could you please confirm if you’re using any page builders? If yes, then please let us know the name of the page builder.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

Thank you for that information.
I’ve further checked your site, and it seems that you’re using Divi template builder for those pages.
Rank math can only analyze content added through the content editor and not through the template. In this case, Rank math is not able to access content added through your Template. You can choose to ignore the tests since I’ve checked that the H2 is already shown in the page’s source code.
Or you can change your page to have the content added through the content editor then Rank math can analyze and recommend accordingly.
