    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

It says it has some issues in the structured data but I tested it on the Google tool: https://search.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool and it didn’t find anything so since the Rich Snippets tool is still in beta, it probably is a false positive and you shouldn’t worry about it.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

Can you check the page’s html(AMP Version) once?

    Hello,

Yes, I tested the AMP page (as you can see in the screenshot I added in the Sensitive Data section) and as you can see the Google tool to test the structured data doesn’t find any issue, so it seems a false positive and nothing to worry about (it should go in some time, since as you can see, not even Google finds any issue).

    Looking forward to help you.

But the Rank math schema feature should be updated as per new guidelines. And this plugin doesn’t have news website sitemap feature, so I am using a 3rd party plugin now.

    Hello,

    1. We have our team working on it but currently we don’t support the news sitemap.

    2. There is no option to set the schema for the categories and tags, they usually acquire their schema data from the pages or posts included in the tag/category.
    3. I have tested your amp URL in amp test and then the structural data on Google Rich results test. Like y colleague said, the issue is likely to be a false positive and should disappear after sometime nothing to worry about.

Hope that helps. If you have any further question(s), please let us know. Thank you.

Respecting your opinion (Michael Davis), if it is a false positive then Google will not show validation error.

    Hello,

Yes, I understand it (the part that for some reason Google doesn’t validate the page) but as you can see Google itself doesn’t find any issue in the Schema using their own tools (https://search.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool) so there is no issue (or if it is, they are not even able to find it).

I would see two options there: to wait a few days and then check if you can validate the page, or to contact Google support and see if they can check your Search Console and give you more details about the issue Google is telling you you have.

    Looking forward to help you.

    Hi Rajdeep,

I wanted to let you know that alternatively, you can use the official AMP plugin have not heard of anyone having any issues with it.

Or, you can try the AMP plugin provider’s Schema and see if that fixes the issue you are facing.

Please do get back to us with your feedback.

    Thank you.

I have removed the schema from tags pages. Thanks.

    Hello,

Did that resolve your issue? Please let us know so we can know the way forward.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
