We seem to be missing “local business” and “review” schema after installing and activating your Schema Mark up plugin (its not in the type dropdown on pages, nor SEO titles & meta > pages > schema type). (ii) Is is possible to use this plugin to display a clients google business reviews as Schema stars on the Google search results?

Hello David,

Review and Local Business Schema have long been discontinued because Google no longer supports self-serving reviews:
https://webmasters.googleblog.com/2019/09/making-review-rich-results-more-helpful.html

If you wish to use reviews, you can use any other supported Schema type like products, Recipe, etc.
