    It seems like you have purchased the PRO plugin with some other email address. Please share the email address or the receipt you must have received from FastSpring so we can locate your account.

    Also, share the screenshots of the details you have entered in the Schema builder so we can check this further. You can use a tool like https://imgbb.com/ to share the screenshots.
