    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Rank Math also implements its own Schema module (and also its own FAQ Rich Snippet) so it could cause conflicts having both plugins enabled. If you want to use the Schema Pro FAQ Blocks, you will need to enable that plugin and disable the Schema Module in the Rank Math plugin Dashboard.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hello,

When i installed rank math it disabled schema pro, the problem here is that all my posts had the faq set up with schema pro and i hope its still saved, rank math faq is only available on gutenmber blog editor, how can i move waht i had in schema pro faq to the post but with rank math faq?

    Thanks

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

Rank math has import options. With Schema Pro active, head over to Rank math > Dashboard> Import/Export as shown here:https://i.rankmath.com/WtecLB

If that doesn’t work, Rank Math stores all the schema data in postmeta table and you can use WP All Import to import the schema data to

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

Hey, thanks for the reply. I edit the blogs with elementor so I can’t add rank math faq section in order to see if it saved. How can I add the faq to elementor?

    Thanks

    Hello,

You can add a FAQ Block to an Elementor page but is not as straightforward as it could be (due to the limitations of not allowing the use of Gutenberg blocks inside Elementor), but, there’s a workaround.

Unfortunately, you won’t be able to style it using the Elementor builder but you can do it easily with CSS.

Here’s a screencast showing the process:
    https://i.rankmath.com/DefBHH

When someone switches to the Block/Gutenberg Editor, adds an FAQ Block, and goes back to the Elementor – the FAQ block is going to be removed but only from the frontend. The code remains intact in the source code. One can add the HTML of the questions and answers again.

With that being said, there are existing feature requests, so I’ve added your vote to our internal suggestions lists. If your suggestions are something that we’re able to introduce, I’ll be sure to let you know.

I hope that helps. If there’s anything else we can help you with, please let us know.

I see.. Well I recommend addding the FAQ same place as Schema pro has it, in page editor before editing with elementor at the bottom. Request this feature please.

Also what about review ratings? Does rank math have this functionality?

    ty

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

I will surely forward your request to the dev team for future considerations.

Star ratings are offered under the Product Schema type:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/rich-snippets/#product

Please note that there is not standalone star rating Schema available in any SEO plugin.

The old review Schema is not supported by Google:

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

In the other hand, what can i do now that all my FAQ questions i configured throughout all my blog posts have been deactivated from schema pro, is there any way to import them into rank math? at least once it u update this FAQ section into elementor or a more easy place to edit it?

    Hi Andrés,

Are you choosing the Product Schema from the dropdown?
    https://rankmath.com/kb/rich-snippets/#product

Alternatively, please share a screenshot of what you see instead of the option we showed you.

There is no option to import FAQ Schema from Schema Pro. You can keep using that plugin and just disable the Schema feature in Rank Math.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    U need admin access?

    Hello,

Thank you for the follow up.

Admin access would be very great.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
