    Hello,

I hope this email finds you well.

Per my SEO analysis, my site is failing schema and opengraph data tests. I enabled the relevant settings and made changes but the tests are still failing. Can you please advise if the plugins are properly updating? Is something in my settings causing failures?

    Thank you!

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Please check the page source of your site home page and search for the og:image tag like in this Video:
    https://i.rankmath.com/aJCccE

If the og:image tag is not found, that means Rank Math is either disabled or not able to print your social tags.

If he tags are there, please clear your site cache and Clear SEO Analysis data in Rank math > Status & Tools > Database Tools then Analyze your site again. You can also use the external analyzer which is similar to the SEO analysis tool here:https://rankmath.com/tools/seo-analyzer/

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Thank you.

    Hello Michael,

Thank you so much for your reply! I checked the source and it appears I don’t have the og:image: tag per your screengrab.

I checked my dashboard and it appears to be enabled, can you please provide screenshots with which toggles should be enabled? Can you please also advise what it means to not be able to print my social tags?

I have tried clearing the cache like you mentioned and re-running the analysis and the tests still failed, but I will do this after the above is resolved.

    Thank you!

    Hello,

I think we might need to take a closer look at the settings.

Could you share some login credentials and also a link to some page where you are seeing the issue?

To do that, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

    I login using a username/pw combo

Moved logins to the sensitive data section

OpenGraph Meta and Schema Meta Data are showing as failing even though I enabled the plugin in the RankMath dashboard (https://www.chloemanson.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=rank-math)

    Hello,

Sorry for the issue you are facing.

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Please let me know if you find the culprit.

We tried checking it for you but we cannot figure out how you are adding the homepage.

There are no options for choosing the homepage at WP > Settings > Reading.

And, there is no page set as the homepage. If had to guess, we would think it has something to do with your theme.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
