I also have an issue on my ‘online-shop’ page, the schema is set and validates when tested in the code snippet of Rich Results Test, but when I check using the actual URL no Rich Results are detected?
Hello,
Thank you for contacting the support and we regret the inconvenience caused.
I checked and both pages already have Schema applied to them.
Assuming you’re testing the Schema using Google’s Rich Results Testing Tool, that tool is fairly new and supports a small set of Schemas: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/7445569?hl=en#zippy=%2Csupported-types
To test Schemas that are not supported by the above tool, you can use the Schema Validator: https://validator.schema.org/
I tested the pages with the Schema Validator and the Schemas are detected properly. You can follow the links in the sensitive data section of this ticket to check the test results.
Regarding no content to test, could you record and share a screencast of the issue using a tool like loom so that we can better understand the situation?
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
We’ve noted this as a bug in the PRO version of the plugin and it will be fixed in our future updates.
However, you’ve posted this ticket with a Free Rank Math account and those advanced bulk editing options are part of the PRO plugin. Could you share the email address you used to purchase the subscription so that we can update the records?
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
Thank you.
