    Hello,
I run https://nearme.directory and it is using the Listeo theme and I have selected the ‘Service’ schema markup for my listings but it is not being added by Rank Math.

I have already reviewed your documentation and support queries but there is no solution as to what could be stopping Rank Math for generating the schema markup for the business listings even though the settings are configured correctly.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math support.

You will have to add a service type in the Service Schema to apply it to the pages. You will have to manually edit and define the service type on each listing. https://rankmath.com/kb/service-schema/#service-type

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

I have more than 1 million listings, so adding it manually is not possible. What is the best way to do this automatically? would upgrade to PRO account help?

    Hello,

Yes, you can upgrade to PRO and use the Schema templates option to create a Service Schema template and apply it to all the listings. https://rankmath.com/kb/schema-templates/

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

Okay I purchased the PRO Plan with the with the order number: RANKMATH240214-8916-81271

But I still see only free plugin to download and not the pro plugin.

Even when I visit: https://rankmath.com/my-account/ I only see the FREE plugin available for download and NOT the PRO plugin. Please help.

    Hello,

Your account appears to have been upgraded to the PRO version already. The PRO badge is already visible on your account.

You can check the subscription information here: https://rankmath.com/my-account/subscriptions/

To use Rank Math PRO, you need to first download the plugin from your Rank Math dashboard. If you do not see the PRO plugin in the download section, please log out, clear the browser cache and log back in.

You can then download the PRO plugin from your Rank Math account dashboard here: https://rankmath.com/my-account/

After downloading the plugin, you need to install and activate it on your site. The PRO version is built on top of the free version to keep the plugins robust and lightweight. So you will need both of them to be installed and activated at the same time so the PRO version will work. We have a detailed guide on how to upgrade your account to PRO on your WordPress website: https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-upgrade-to-rank-math-pro/

After installing and activating Rank Math PRO, you need to reconnect your website to Rank Math. You can also follow this guideline to connect your Rank Math Account: https://rankmath.com/kb/rank-math-pro-license-key/

Hope this helps, and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

Thank you for choosing Rank Math.

Thanks, I can confirm my account is upgraded to PRO.

I am trying to setup a schema template for my listings. An example listing looks like this: https://nearme.directory/listing/riz-restaurant/

The schema attributes would typically be:
    – Listing Name
    – Listing Description
    – Images (10)
    – Full Address
    – Latitude and Longitude
    – Contact Number
    – Contact Email
    – Contact Website
    – Facebook Profile
    – Twitter Profile
    – Other Social Media Profiles
    – Review

I am finding it hard to find the right rank math variable for this. Can you please give me the relevant rank math variables ideally in a template please?

    Hello,

You can use %title% for the listing name and %seo_description% for the listing description. Since other details are being added using the custom fields, you can use %customfield(field-name)% variable to get their value. Please make sure to replace the field-name with the actual name of the field in the variable. You can get in touch with your listing plugin’s support to get the field names.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

How do I find what the %customfield(field-name)% is?

For example, in this example listing https://nearme.directory/listing/adsensus-ltd/

The business name is: Adsensus Ltd
Address is: 9 Oughton Head Way, Hitchin, SG5 2JZ

How do I find out the field-name is this example scenario?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

The Business Name is the title of the post, so you can use the %title% variable for that. The name of the address field is _friendly_address. You can use the %customfield(_friendly_address)% to get the value from it.

You can inspect the fields in the post editor to get the name. Here is a screencast: https://i.rankmath.com/v/8TOH6J

You can also check the postmeta table of your database to get the name of the fields.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
