I have RM Pro installed and I have been analysing an error 500 problem on http://www.donnamcgee.ie by deactivating plugins one by one. RM creates a conflict on the “Products” page where they are all tumbled in the side and cant be read properly?
Will Schema Markup work for me as an artist selling paintings as products. Unsure if this is what it is intended for and perhaps better suited to blog posts? Please clarify.

Can you please share a screenshot of the issue you are seeing on the product page? Also, a 500 error indicates a server error. Please check with your hosting provider if they can provide the recent error log so we can determine what’s causing that error.

Yes, using the Product schema type for your painting should work best as you are simply selling your merchandise.

If you reply consists of an error log, please try pasting those error logs here instead and share the URL in this ticket.
Also, the Google photos you shared seem to be returning a 404. Kindly verify.

Hi Jeremy, I’m afraid you’re ahead of me -how do I tell if the google photos are a 404? All I know is that I add products to a products page. They are all listed systematically in uninterrupted rows when RM is deactivated. Then when I activate the RM plugins, they get all squashed as shown in the photo. ??
I asked the developer for the error log on 500 – my problem was that I could not use Elementor to update – I kept getting a revolving wheel and could get nothing done as all the updates were just dying out. The developer has stated ” a 500 error is very vague. The HTTP status code 500 is a generic error response. It means that the server encountered an unexpected condition that prevented it from fulfilling the request. This error is usually returned by the server when no other error code is suitable.” Don’t know what else I can say here?

5xx errors are usually caused due to server misconfiguration or other server issues.
Can you please share the website error log with us?
Having the error log file will give a clear idea of why this might be happening.

This might be a temporary error, please check the URLs and see if they are working properly now. If they are working, you can submit them for validation in the Search Console.
I tried to log in to your website but the login link seems to have expired, it is redirected to the homepage.

I check the affected URL and it seems to be returning a 200 status code now:

I now have new problems. I have the PRO version of RM however, I got a message ???
There is a new version of Rank Math SEO PRO available. View version 3.0.19 details. Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin. It seems that you don’t have an active subscription for Rank Math SEO PRO. Please see details and pricing.
Wordpress have also advised of a fatal error in relation to RM Pro
Also on the RM General Settings Plugin Page shows Rank Math Options general that there is a message being flagged which refers to with a sitemap –
robots.txt file is not writable
The error 500 persists although not as often?
