    Hello,

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    The import feature is only available for the PRO version and it seems that you have created this ticket using a Free account.

    Can you please share the email address you used to purchase the PRO subscription so we can verify it? You may share the email address in the sensitive data section.

    Back to your issue, we tried importing the said URL and it seems to be working as you can see in the screenshot below:

    schema comes but when i click USE,

    Hello,

    I went ahead and tried importing a URL in our schema generator but I can’t seem to replicate the issue in your website as well.

    Please see the video screencast I shared in the sensitive data section.

    Can you please try doing this on a different browser? We suspect that there may be a browser extension that is hindering our schema import functionality.

    Also, if this issue is only happening on a specific page, please share that URL here so we can check the issue again.
