this is not only about google result, when I am checking view source this “employmentType”:”PART_TIME” available in the schema section. I don’t think it will automatically update.
one thing more, there is a message that “Type of employment. You can choose more than one value.” but I am not able to choose more than one or at least one which I want.

I have been able to reproduce this bug on my end. It looks like this field is not saved properly when editing in Gutenberg. Switching to the Classic editor however allows the “Employment Type” to save correctly.

today, I updated rank math plugin to latest version and after installation every job posting schema details are totally gone from my post.
before it was only problem with job type but now with full job posting detail.
it is not showing as job posting when I am searching for it in Google rich result test and also in view source code.

Thank you Michael for your help it was my fault I have not set everything correct but now this plugin is working fine. This is really best plugin for seo I will definitely recommend it to my friends.
