    Hello,

Thanks for contacting us and we regret the inconvenience caused.

Rank Math takes the schema data from your products automatically and turns it into Schema-ready content.

Likewise, the aggregateRating and review fields are taken from your actual product reviews that your buyers/customers leave on your products.

If you don’t have any reviews yet, that is going to show up as a warning in the schema testing tool. That’s because Google will actually look for those fields.

Please refer to this tutorial guide for more details: https://rankmath.com/kb/either-offers-review-or-aggregaterating-should-be-specified/

With that being said, I investigated the product and found that you have a duplicate product schema added to the page. One is added by Rank Math and another one by some other plugin (possibly “Site Reviews”). Here’s a screencast: https://i.rankmath.com/lzNCJa

Please disable the schema feature of that plugin as it is not recommended to have duplicate schemas on the page.

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you.

    Hello Prabhat Rai,

thank you for the prompt response.
I removed the schema from the other plugin.

I have seen the documentation to the error previously. But the product has a review, so based on the documentation this error should not occur.

I inspected the page and found that the review field is populated, but the structure of the rank math schema seems incorrect. Can you confirm that the Rank Math Schema on the page (https://www.luxmediq.de/shop/drogentests/8-in-1-multi/) is correct?

    Thanks & regards
    Hans

    Hello,

I can confirm that the duplicate schema is now removed.

I investigated the product further and the reviewCount and ratingCount properties are already added to the schema but the actual review is missing.

Could you please edit the product and update it again (without making any changes) and then clear your website’s cache and see if the review gets added?

Let us know how that goes.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I updated the products as requested and cleared the cache.

    The issue still persists..

    Hello,

In this case, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I can check that you are using Star Reviews plugin to add the reviews on your site. It seems like the plugin isn’t adding the review data correctly to the Schema. Please get in touch with the support of the plugin as they will be able to help you resolve this.

You can provide them this filter to integrate the review Schema with out product Schema: https://rankmath.com/kb/filters-hooks-api-developer/#extend-json-ld-data

Hope this helps. Let us know if you need any other assistance.

    Thanks.
