    Hey guys,
your schema is not working on posts and pages, as even the name, currency and 8 more values wont be submitted by your plugin.
wth is wrong and how to fix it?
as i asked this friendly in your facebook group, my post was declined wihtout any reply. so you try to keep hiding your errors and try to make all people telling about it, be quiet?
are you located in north korea, or are you simply fraudsters? (or stupid?)

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

We deeply apologize but our Facebook group right now is for general discussion or for sharing of feedback only. If you need support questions, you may need to open a support inquiry like you did for this ticket.

Now, back to your issue, Can you please share the affected URL with us so we can further check it on our end?

We are looking forward to helping you with this one.

i finally took just one of the hundrets of fully working schema plugins and did the job already.
You can simply test it by yourself:
take a post or a page of a wordpress-website and try to add a product schema. You will see, that lots of values are not submitted and Google declares and error on the website.

I dont care, if you solve this or not. I was a happy customer, and i simply wanted to ask a question (and i was very friendly in first post), bcs maybe someone had the same issue and could help me. So you try to hide errors by declining this question and this is something i dont support in any way.
transparency or fraud. and you are really not transparency focused

    Hello,

Thanks for getting back to us.

We don’t try to hide any questions or support questions and we always try to provide feedback and insights into every situation, we simply don’t do it on Facebook as that group is not used for support questions as my colleague already mentioned.

Circling back to your issue, our Product Schema doesn’t automatically fetch the information from the product unless you use the WooCommerce Product Schema on WooCommerce product pages.

This is explained in our KB article about this specific type of Schema: https://rankmath.com/kb/product-schema/

We even have an article that goes over some of the most common warnings on GSC when using the Product Schema and you can do to solve them: https://rankmath.com/kb/either-offers-review-or-aggregaterating-should-be-specified/

Hope this helps further clarify the situation and help solve your issues.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.

even after i add custom data it wont send it. and no, no woocommerce is in use… i put schema values in, but the most important of them are not provided to json-schema and google gives the error

    Hello,

Do you mind sharing one of the pages that are throwing those errors for us to debug the issue further?

If you already added all the information in the post/page where you inserted the Product Schema all the information should be passed to the markup on the frontend.

You can share the URL in the sensitive data section to keep it private.

    Looking forward to helping you.

i did in my facebook-post. but u deleted it. so… too bad ๐Ÿ˜‰
i am now using another plugin without any errors. so i can not reproduce it without changing again to buggy rank math schemas.

    Hello,

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced.

We regret that you have to switch to another tool. We respect your decision.

Please donโ€™t hesitate to contact us anytime if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Thank you
