Hello,
Thanks for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Can you please share the affected URL so we can check? You can also check by deactivating Rank Math and see if the schema injected by another plugin gets validated in the Rich Results Test.
We really look forward to helping you.
As example
https://hairbyte.com/okra-for-hair/
1. I tried to use my custom schema using other plugin. ( Result: Page not eligible for rich results known by this test)
2. Enabled article schema. (Result: Eligible for rich results)
3.Disabled schema from dashboard while tried to using the 1st customer schema using other plugin. (Failed)
I would like to point to out something. I have multiple sites both local and national. I am using same tools on another sites but looklike not facing this issue in case of pages but only issue for the post. cause just 24 ago i applied another schema in another site which have almost everything same.but applied schema on page was succesful
Hello,
Thanks for getting back. Sorry for the delay and any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
I checked the ld+JSON code that you inserted for the schema in your site and it seems like you’re using a Webpage schema type. Webpage schema is not supported for rich results by google. If you validate your page using the Structured Data Testing Tool then your page is validating fine. You can check here: https://search.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool
Here is a list of the schema types supported by Google Rich Results Test: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/7445569?hl=en#zippy=%2Csupported-types
Hope this helps. Let us know if you need any further assistance.
