    Hi,

    I’ve noticed that I have 72 canceled scheduled tasks from Rank Math. This is the hook that’s canceled for all of them rank_math/analytics/get_inspections_data

    I’ve included a screen shot of the scheduled tasks page for you to have a look at. https://imgur.com/484iP0J

    I guess I’m just wondering if this is normal or is it be something I need to fix?

    Please check if the Cron jobs on your website are working properly or not. Because, in order to fetch the data correctly and consistently, you need to have the cron jobs working and enabled in your installation.     However, if the Cron jobs are working properly then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    Thanks, I’ve entered the temporary login to the sensitive data.

    Cron Jobs are running, from a previous Rank Math issue I was advised to set up the cron jobs from my host and that is running now. There is one Rank Math hook in Crom events that has “missed it’s schedule” also, you’ll see that when you go into the site.

    Hello,

    We checked your website and looks like everything is now working properly.

    However, please note that you can run the action again by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and clicking the button for the action that clears the Analytics caching.

    Sometimes the scheduled actions fail when there is not enough memory on the server available when the cron is running but in those cases, it’s just a temporary issue.

    In such cases, you can trigger this action manually by following the instructions above.
