Scheduled actions

WP Cron is a WordPress function that enables your website to perform scheduled background processes. It is mostly used by other plugins and other themes. Rank Math has that special setting for you to track what is currently scheduled to run.

Rank Math’s scheduled actions are used to grab data from your Google Search Console and Analytics profiles.

If you are using Google site kit on your site, it would be recommended to disable Rank math Analytics module (as this may cause some issues) in WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard.

You can leave and use other Rank math modules.

I am sorry but we have dynamic IPs. Even if you whitelist our IP – our IP might have changed by the time we check your ticket. You can temporarily disable security measures to further investigate this issue.

You can include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
