I want to clarify whether these errors may occur due to the fact that my site is temporarily closed for maintenance and is not indexed by search engines. Or is it necessary to look for the reason in another, and how can it be solved if this is the case?

To address this, you can manually run the pending actions related to Rank Math’s analytics. You can do this by navigating to the following URL: `https://rankmath.com/kb/error-submitted-url-marked-noindex/ and running the Rank Math analytics data fetch action manually.
Once you run the data fetch, you should see a success notice indicating that Rank Math has executed the action to start fetching the data. After this, Rank Math will automatically fetch the data in the background.

When schedule action fails, there is usually something wrong with the cron service on the site, especially when the failed actions are coming from multiple and different plugins – as in your case. So we’d really suggest speaking with your host and/or server administrator and reviewing the logs to be sure everything is working fine.
That said, we can see that the failed scheduled actions of Rank Math are related to the
get_console_datahook, and we also see that your Search Console property has not been connected properly.
