    Can you please share the email address that you have used to purchase the PRO subscription as your status is set as a Free user? And for the issue with the PRO plugin, you can use this guide to update Rank Math PRO manually: https://rankmath.com/kb/update-rank-math-manually/

    Once updated, you will be able to connect your Rank Math PRO account and use the PRO features.

    ordered October 3rd.

    Hello,

    Please use this guide to update the PRO plugin manually: https://rankmath.com/kb/update-rank-math-manually/

    Once done, please head over to the WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math PRO account to fix the issue.
