    Could you please confirm if you’re referring to the changes you have made in the page editor using Rank Math like meta title, description, edit snippet, keywords, etc? If so, you can follow this guide for troubleshooting steps:

    If not, please also provide which changes you are referring to. You can send some screenshots using this tool or record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the issue and edit the first post on this ticket in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    I can see in some screenshots that you have enabled the troubleshooting mode of the Health Check plugin and activated only Rank Math with a default theme and the issue is still there.
