Running SEO Analysis, getting an error

Hello! I’m trying to run SEO Analysis on my site via the WordPress plugin, and it is giving me the error “API Error: Invalid Server Response.”
I read that the hosting server needs to whitelist Rank Math from trying to run the analysis, but they told me they didn’t see anything wrong server-side, and that the plugin/your server is the one with the error.
    Need help. Thanks!

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

We would love to help in this. Please share your outgoing IP address on the sensitive data section so that we can check whether the this is getting blocked from our end?

I can also suggest that you ensure that you are running the latest version of the plugin.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hello,

It depends on the host you are using. An easy way to check it is, are you using cPanel in your host?

If so, you can easily find your host IP by following these steps: https://www.webhostinghub.com/help/learn/cpanel/getting-started/shared-ip

    Thank you.

    Hi Malvin,

I wanted to add that you can also just share your domain name and we will find the IP. Assuming you aren’t using CloudFlarein which case we will need both your domain and your actual IP.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I have checked this and it seems that it is due to a technical issue on our side.

Our developers are working on a solution for this and it should be fixed in a future update. Until then, I recommend disabling the SEO Analysis module in the plugin. Doing so will only turn off the Rank Math > SEO Analysis feature and it won’t affect other parts of the plugin (for example, the on-page analysis while writing a post will still be available).

Sorry for the inconvenience. If there’s anything else, please let us know. Thank you.
