I have logged in to your site and I can see that you are using a “Advanced caching plugin” as a WP drop-in (you can see it in Plugins > Drop-ins in the admin area). Please disable or remove this cache, and test again.
If it is still not working after you disable the cache, please share your FTP access details in the Sensitive Data field, and also keep the cache disabled so we can troubleshoot this issue for you.
I can see the new, edited version of robots.txt on your site, so it seems to work correctly for me. Please try one or more of the following suggestions:
– Try opening the robots.txt in a different browser
– Try “hard refreshing” the robots.txt in your browser
– Try opening the file after cleaning your browser cache
If it is still not working correctly, please describe the issue in details (what is happening now and what should happen if it was working correctly, please include screenshots if possible), and add your site’s access details in the Sensitive Data field one more time.
