Robots txt not updating

Hi,

My robots txt file is not updating with what I have wrote into the robots.txt field under general settings. I recently made some changes to it a few hours ago and it is still showing the old version when I go to the robots.txt url.

I tried placing a robots.txt in my root folder to override this but it is still showing the old version. I divert traffic to my url address without the “www”, if that matters.

This could be just a caching issue from your end. Please clear your browser and website cache including any server-level caching services and check the robots.txt again from your end.
