Please check if there is a robots.txt file present in the root folder.
Log in to your web server via FTP and delete the robots.txt file present in the root folder.
It is the same folder where you have your wp-content, wp-admin
etc.. folders.
If there is no file in the root folder, try clearing the website and browser cache.
If you are using Cloudflare, please purge the cache from there as well.
