Roadmap Update for Q&A rich snippets?

Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for not following up sooner and any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that. We had an internal issue that hid many support topics from the queue.

With that said, I would like to say that the FAQ will be added within the next few weeks. We are trying before 2020 but can’t say for sure as we a huge update coming in a couple of days.

The Q&A markup is mostly for forums and community-powered blogs where users answer a particular question.

So, 99% of WordPress websites are excluded from that Schema. Still, we will see what we can do about that feature request.
