RM is marking some of my pages as NoIndex and they are losing traffic

Rank Math is marking some of my pages as NoIndex and I am recording a drop in traffic. There are hundreds of such pages affected, but here are two for you to look through:

2. https://mobilityarena.com/tecno-l9-plus-review/

I have ALL my posts set to Index in RM general and sitemap settings. Under the Quick Admin area of each page, the articles are also set to Index.
