    Hello Todd,

    I hope you are well.

I’m just going to write a message here as it seems related..

I opened a ticket a few hours ago but I can’t see it appearing in the Rich Snippets support section…

It’s relating to the Rich Snippets not working.

    Thanks in advance.

    Kind regards,
    Max

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support.

Can you please tell us what is it which is not working?

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Hello,

    Thanks for your response.

I also raised the issue within the Facebook Group where I provided greater detail.

    Please find screenshots below:

https://snag.gy/akyr2E.jpg – This shows the Title not displaying properly

https://snag.gy/swoM1S.jpg – This shows the service/rating schema markup working on one page but not the other 2 listings shown.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

    Kind regards,
    Max

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

If you’ve recently updated this data, then Google probably hasn’t indexed the new title/description yet. It can take up to a week for Google to index the changes you made, depending on how often your website is crawled. Please check the page source if the title, schema data is showing correctly.

If you type, in Google, cache: followed immediately by the URL of your site or page, you’ll see what Google has cached for your site. If the appeared date is before you made the changes, you’ll have to wait for Google to crawl your site again.

Hope that helps. Please let us know if there is anything else.

    Thank you.

    Hi Pratik,

    Thanks for your response.

Doing a Google search for ‘cache: http://www.webcreationstudios.com’ doesn’t seem to work. It doesn’t bring up the home page.

Hoping you can provide a little more clarity?

    Kind regards,
    Max

    Hello,

    Please check here:
    http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?client=firefox-b-d&q=cache%3Ahttp%3A%2F%2Fwww.webcreationstudios.com%2F

Google has indexed your website and it last crawled your website on 7th March. You can force Google to recrawl your website again from your Google Search Console account.

Before that, please run the above link with your developer as your site seems broken. It should work fine for the bots as well, please check here:
    http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?client=firefox-b-d&q=cache%3Ahttps%3A%2F%2Frankmath.com%2F

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

but it seems broken to me. You

    Hello again,

Thanks for your response (and sorry for my slow reply!).

Ah ok. Thanks for explaining how to access the cached version (you learn something new everyday).

I actually remember the site breaking as seen in the cached version but it was only broken for a matter of minutes. How unlucky that Google crawled the website at that specific moment.

The website is working fine now.

Thank you for all your help.

I hope you have a great weekend!

    Kind regards,
    Max
