  • Hello Kevin,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Did you add the Local SEO shortcode to the homepage?

I checked category/blog and it seems to be running fine except you haven’t added the telephone yet.

Is your homepage a static or a dynamic page?

Can you please share a link where you expect the structured data to appear and the backend settings of Rich Snippets for that page?

We look forward to helping you.

    Hi Todd,

    Thank you for your reply.

My homepage is a static page. Is there any way I can add this type of schema to a static homepage

    Hello Kevin,

Sure, you can add that via WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Local SEO.

Once you are done with the settings, grab the shortcode and use it in your static homepage.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

Hi Todd, I added the shortcode but tt still not showing schema in structure data, and cause spacing problem too

It is adding the blank space because it is trying to add the map but the script for that is not available (due to unavailability of Maps API perhaps).

You can remove that blank space by using this in your style.css file:

    .rank-math-contact-section.rank-math-contact-map {

Have you tried adding Local SEO information to your contact/about page using the provided option?
    Local SEO Settings

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Hi Todd,

I added the code but it didn’t help. I’m using Thrive theme.

And I added Local SEO information to my contact/about page too.

I want to have the Organization snippet without showing Local SEO information to users like category/blog page. Is it possible?

    Hi Kevin,

    Thanks for the follow up.

Would you mind sharing some temporary admin access to your site on the sensitive data section so that I can investigate this issue further?

I am looking forward to helping you.

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

I wanted to take a look at this issue but it looks like server cache are enabled on your site. Can you please confirm this with your hosting provider and disable the cache for some time so we could debug this issue?

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hi, Server cache now disabled

Rank Math plugin is not printing data on the Thrive Architect Landing page. It’s an issue, and our Development team has already addressed it. You will see this fix in the next update of the plugin.

For now, to fix it on your site, I update code in class-frontend.php file in the rank-math plugin folder.

The meta tags are now showing on the frontend. Can you please confirm?

    Thank you.

Yes. Showing now. Thank you for your help

We are super happy that this resolved your issue. If you have any other questions in the future, know that we are here to help you.

If you don’t mind me asking, could you please leave us a review (if you haven’t already) on about your overall experience with Rank Math? We appreciate your time and patience.

If you do have another question in the future, please feel free to create a new forum topic, and it will be our pleasure to assist you again.

    Thank you.
