Rich Content in Bing, Google Sidebar Disappeared

    When RankMath was first installed, and our site was spidered, Rich Content appeared on the RHS of Bing, Google Sidebars for our company. This included logo, social media links, videos and imaages. That content has now disappeared from search engine results.

    This may have happened after we removed a separate sitemap plugin, because we had two sitemaps. We had verified the the Rankmath sitemap was known in our webnaster accounts before we delete the old sitemap plugin.

    Any ideas as to why this information has been “lost”?

    The only errors that we see are pages that are (correctly) marked for Disallow in our robots.txt file

    Hi Peter,

    Google is always changing their SERPs based on what users find for a particular search query.

    Rest assured that your social info is intact and hasn’t changed:
    null

    Unfortunately, it is one of those things where you can’t do anything but wait for Google to show the sidebar links for your business once again
