restore redirected page that is not in trash

You can only restore any redirection of the Rank Math if it is present in the trash. If it is not even present in the trash, unfortunately, there is no way to restore it.

However, the redirection is still happening because it seems like you’ve set the Fallback Behavior for the 404 pages to the homepage. If you want to stop this redirection, please head over to your WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Redirections, and from there change the Fallback Behavior to Default 404:
