Rank Math right now has the option to add the How-To Schema as a block as I show you in the following screencast (you can use that Schema plus any other Schema you need, for example, I am using the Article schema there):

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, we do not use Gutenberg blocks so this does not solve our problem. Consider this a formal feature request to have the How-to schema added in the plugin settings area beneath the page content.
