It looks like the reply_to_com link which Rank Math removes is causing the problem on your site.
For now, to fix the issue on your site, I added below code to prevent the Rank Math from removing the replytocom from comment link:
add_filter( 'rank_math/frontend/remove_reply_to_com', '__return_false' );
This seemed to have fixed the issue. Can you please confirm?
