Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
Please let us know if you find the culprit else we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Yes it’s an issue with Oxygen Builder, reported a few months ago on their github page (https://github.com/soflyy/oxygen-bugs-and-features/issues/955), but no response from their team yet.
Not sure which side the conflict is coming from, or if it’s something you would look in to. I’ve added a temporary login link to one of their sandbox sites showing the issue.

By default, Rank Math removes the ?replytocom query parameter from the URL which is causing problem. Can you please contact the plugin author and ask them to add the following code in their plugin file:
https://rankmath.com/kb/filters-hooks-api-developer/#remove-replytocom-query
Usually, we would have suggested adding this code in theme’s functions.php file but since Oxygen plugin disables all the functions of theme, there is no other way then to add the code in the plugin itself.

Hi,
When RankMath is activated the ‘Reply’ links on blog posts do not work, instead of opening the reply comment box, they scroll to the comment using a hash link.
The website is built with Oxygen Builder.
I have added a link to a video demonstrating the issue in the sensitive data section.
