Repeater from Custom Field Suite in SEO description

Repeater fields work based on the subfield types you are using. Since you are trying this within the SEO description am assuming you created the text subfield type.

Therefore the for it to show the first subfield you have inserted in your post you need to use the custom field variable as: %customfield(field_name_0_subfield_name)%

For to display the second instance of your subfield you should use the variable as:
%customfield(field_name_1_subfield_name)%

Note that there is an order to how you display these fields within your SEO description and in this case, the order is defined by the incremental or decremental state from 0 to a No X.

For example, here I have created two subfield types under the brand_desc repeater field type: https://i.rankmath.com/XVYYIA

Next, I have then defined their values within my post as shown in the screenshot below:

When it comes to setting them to show within the SEO description, I have used the 0 to call the first subfield and it has been displayed in the SEO meta box as shown: https://i.rankmath.com/IBJyzi

Similarly, we have done the same for the second instance by using 1 to call the second instance of the same subfield: https://i.rankmath.com/GJ2tCT.

In case you ish to display the second subfield as well simply switch the subfield_name in the custom field variable.
