    I got an email notifying me that my rankmath sub will renew on the 8th. Yet there are no active subs in my dashboard although I have a current sub active. I don’t want to renew but I don’t know where to go to deactivate my account.

    May we ask from which email address you received the billing reminder? Because, it seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?
