    We do send email notifications before the renewal amount gets deducted. Please check the spam, junk folder of your mailbox.

    Emails are sent 2 weeks, 3 days, and 1 day before the renewal as of now which may change in the future.

    If your payment details are right, FastSpring automatically retries the charge 1, 3, and 5 days after a declined rebill.

    Make sure you have enough balance including VAT/Tax for a smooth payment process.
