I am checking your products by they seem to be using a URL without product categories. Could you let me know what do you want to remove? For example, could you give me some example URL?

This may seem funny but this problem disappears once I press the save button on plugin.
That is why you may not see the problem. After a while, this error appears again and no banners will be active because of the reason that they will go to url.com/name/ but the plugin does not work and active is only url.com/category/name/
Please let me know if we could fix this somehow.

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
