Remove/replace custom Opengraph description?

Hello and thank you again for providing us with this wonderful tool.

I am using a function to replace the title and meta name='description' of single pages.

Although I tried, I couldn’t figure out of a way to remove the Opengraph title & description and replace it with my custom created ones.

You can use the following filter to modify og:title and og:description on your site: https://rankmath.com/kb/filters-hooks-api-developer/#change-specific-social-meta
