Remove noindex page from sitemap and GSC?

    Hi,

    First of all, thank you for a great free SEO suite!

    I have a noindex page included in the sitemap. I read on the support forum that it’s ok.
    Nevertheless, it’s been submitted to the Google Search Console, that reports an error.
    The thing is, I really did not want GSC to see this page…

    Now I tried to remove it from the sitemap, by excluding its post ID.
    I saved and loaded the sitemap in another browser’s private window: the page still is in the sitemap.

    How can I delete it for good from the sitemap?
    If removed, will it also disappear from GSC?

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Could you please do the following:

    1. Head over to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks

    Hit the save button once.

    2. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings

    Hit the save button once.

    That should fix the issue.

    If it doesn’t, please do share a link to the affected post on the sensitive data section so that we can check this issue further.
