Remove Indexed URL

    I have been using Instant indexing for a while. Now the problem is that, a few weeks ago I applied a new theme on my site and on applying a new theme, the theme’s starter pack’s article were published on my site and within 1 hour, that theme’s article content about 90 articles URLs were indexed on Google search. At this point, I have deleted all the starter pack’s article. However, the URLs are still indexed on Google. I tried removing URL from instant indexing. It didn’t work either. So could you please help me remove the Indexed URL.

    Hello,

    Thanks for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Since the URLs don’t exist anymore on your site, Google will deindex them after the next crawl. However, if you want then you can use the URL Removal Tool to submit a removal request: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/9689846?hl=en

    Can I know how often the Google crawls the URLs? Because it’s been like 8-10 days since I have deleted the posts. And talking about the URL remover tool, It’s a temporary removal tool for 6 months, right? And how do I remove those 100 URLs one by one manually? It takes a lot of time.

    Hello,

    It can take anywhere from a few days to a few months for Google to crawl your site. It is completely up to Google. Since you have already used the removal tool of the instant indexing plugin, Google is already aware of the request. Please wait for them to crawl and deindex the URLs.
