  • Hello,

Thank you for getting in touch with us and sorry for the inconvenience.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

Upon checking further, we noticed that you are using WPML plugin on your website.

You would want to request WPML to add the compatibility for the Rank Math plugin like
it’s added for the Yoast plugin inside classes/wpseo/wpseo-* files

Also, we are adding further fixes in our upcoming update that should make the experience with the WPML plugin smoother.

Hope that helps. If there’s anything else we can help you with, please let us know. We are here to assist.

    Thank you.

When is the next update expected?

    Hello Nikolay,

You can expect it in a week’s time – barring any unexpected changes.

    I’m having the same problem.
    Looking forward for the fix.

Please enable the Beta update by following this:

    beta update

If you are unable to see an update, please clear Rank Math’s transients from:
WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove Rank Math Transients > Remove transients
    remove transients rank math

Please clear the caches, server, and WordPress after updating.

If the issue is still not resolved, please let us know.

We are here to assist. Thank you.

    Still the same…

    Thank you for the update.

We are still fixing some issues, we will let you know when the update is released.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
